


Here are some of the hydrangea I saw at the Atlanta History Center's historic gardens.

These have been up for a while, in bunches of blues and white, as windflowers are early spring bloomers. I had some up earlier (I think they were my first blooms of the year) that were pink, white, and yellow.

Now, I grow edelweiss because I fancy it the flower of my German people, but, in fact, it is grown all over the world, including Asia and North America.

Chives in the herb and strawberries garden. From this point forward, they will make me think of breakfast at Lynda's...The Inn at Sweet Water Farm.
